Visualisations and senses can lead you to positivity

Welcome - what is Hypnotherapy and how does it work?

Welcome to my website, I hope this will help you understand all the wonderful benefits of the work I do.

Hypnosis is a trance like deep relaxation bringing about positive change.

Hypnosis promotes altering states of consciousness with positive suggestion, so during hypnotherapy you will always remain in control. I will help you facilitate your experience empowering you making changes you need to improve life styles.

Hypnotherapy is helpful for

  • Fears and phobias
  • Weight gain/loss
  • Stopping smoking
  • Confidence building
  • Addictions
  • Complex behaviours such as OCD, obsessional compulsive disorders and other similar conditions
  • Stress and anxiety
  • Negative thoughts
  • focussing mind for exams
  • Loss and bereavement

There are many other things that can be considered and treated using hypnotherapy techniques. I have NLP and CBT approaches, hypnosis is also the use of different types of therapy but mainly uses the minds own natural ability to resolve issues helping to relieve emotional burdens and change any negative patterns.

I have worked many years in the care industy, I'm a learning disability nurse. I truly believe treatments will benefit all people who make referrals to me including carers and vulnerable people using safe and flexible approaches for particular requirements, so all people can benefit from these experiences.

I will provide initial consultation to tailor approaches in a person centred way ensuring all safe techniques are utilised to support people positively and confidentially making changes they need.

Please feel free to contact me for some more details, I have a flexible approach to my work to suit personal requirements.
